Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our gift wrapping service, please inform us immediately upon receiving your wrapped gift. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure you are happy with the final result.

Rewrap Policy

If there is an issue with the wrapping quality, we will rewrap your gift at no additional charge under the following conditions:

• The issue is reported within 24 hours of service
• The wrapped gift has not been damaged or altered after leaving our studio
• The original materials are still available or you approve alternative materials
• The gift is returned to our studio in its wrapped condition

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Service was not performed as agreed
• Materials used were significantly different from what was requested
• The wrapping quality does not meet our professional standards

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom design consultations and planning time
• Services where you provided your own materials
• Damage to wrapping that occurred after leaving our studio
• Change of mind after service completion
• Rush service fees

Damaged Items

While we take utmost care with all items, Shalmexxchod is not responsible for damage to the gift contents during the wrapping process unless caused by gross negligence. We recommend informing us of any particularly fragile items before service.

Cancellation Policy

For scheduled appointments:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: May incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows: May be charged the full service fee

For bulk or corporate orders, custom cancellation terms may apply as outlined in your service agreement.

To request a refund or rewrap service:

• Properly tied and positioned ribbons
• Coordinated materials and colors as requested
